In April 1996 Identisys was established to fulfil a requirement in the printing industry. 12 years on and we have grown to supply, develop and support embossing, printing and laser marking equipment. Our solutions have helped to identify and support changes in how things are manufactured, consumed and traded in many different industries.
With over 50 years of combined experience in the support and maintenance of marking systems we have the staff and product knowledge to advise, supply, install and maintain the appropriate system for your marking requirement. Identisys engineers receive regular training by the system manufacturers to ensure they are kept up to date with the latest information ensuring continuity of supply and support.
Identisys’ services include innovative process improvements, which involve the design and integration of bespoke marking, processing and tracking systems on-site at customer facilities. Our in-house software and manufacturing engineering team make unique solutions possible.

Laser Marking Systems
CAB laser and Identisys are working in partnership to provide specialist application knowledge in the marking of all types of metal and plastic components and assemblies. This can be from the simple stand alone marking unit for low to medium volume applications to a fully automated and process integrated marker station. Identisys are also able to offer subcontract laser marking of a wide range of materials and components.
Support
With a broad range of customers all over mainland UK and strategically based engineers Identisys are able to offer tailored support contracts specific to your needs. For business critical environments Identisys offer ultimate business support whereby a qualified engineer can attend site within four hours, twenty four hours a day. Identisys can customise support packages with cost structures that meet your business requirements. Hourly and fixed rates can also be included depending upon your needs. The ongoing yearly service contracts ensure that your business has peace of mind.
Third Party Product Support
Identisys can support third party products. If your company has purchased hardware from another supplier Identisys would be only too happy to evaluate the system and quote for a support contract with a response time to suit you and your company.
