Identisys is a leading identification support company.
When you take out a support contract with Identisys, you will be provided with a username and password to our support system. Once you have been provided with those details you will be able to log in and create a support ticket. Once a ticket has been raised, one of our engineers will contact you as soon as is possible to identify your problem and arrange the necessary services to get you up and running again.
There will always be an engineer in house on our bureau line’s for any maintenance or breakdowns. Most companies will have to wait for an engineer to visit site before getting your job under way and finished.

Support contracts are active for twelve months from receipt of official purchase order. Above response times are for England only, Wales, Scotland & Ireland POA. Response times are based on working hours and timed from receipt of call & indicates maximum amount of time for on-site arrival of service engineer. Standard working hours 09:00 - 17:00 GMT excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Identisys cannot be held liable for unforeseen circumstances that prevent arrival within agreed time frame.
