Our history

We have developed bespoke software for many of our customers across a range of industries, these include:

Identiboss™ for Jaguar Land Rover.

This involved creating a bespoke software that replaced the original manufacturers software to upgrade their existing embossers used to produce VIN plates. Identiboss™ has been designed to be extremely user friendly, the simple GUI provides to operator with two plate templates to choose from. No formatting is required as everything has been pre-defined, the operator simply inserts the variable data and clicks print.

Identisys Slase™ and PLATEmark™ which has been developed to handle different industry requirement, it drives both our C413 Automatic Plate Feeder and stand alone Lasers in safety enclosures for manual parts marking.

SLase is capable to load variable data (SQL, Access, Excel and Text databases) and variable layouts on-the-fly and generate reports.

SLase is coupled with a PLC that allows further customization should our customers require integration into an industrial environment or simply with additional sensors and/or devices such as conveyor belts, barcode scanners, printers, etc.

How long will it take?

This is a difficult question to answer as it depends on the level of detail required. Once we have an idea of what you wish to achieve, we can give you an estimated time for the software build. You will be kept informed throughout as to the progress of your bespoke software.

Timeline

• Establish your requirements: We will take the time to discuss all your requirements in full with you and double check we have understood all of the elements needed. We will then go away and put together a plan of what we understand you need.

• Agree required specifications.

• Development process: During this time we will be busily working away on your software. You are welcome to check in at anytime as to the progress and we will keep you updated on how the build is continuing.

• Testing: This phase is very important. At this stage we will be asking you to test the software and make sure it is fit for purpose. We will have already done our own testing by this point, so this is about making sure you are happy with the product.

• Support: Following approval our team will be available to support the implementation of the new software including training for the key users. Telephone support is then available for 3 months after the sign off stage. Any issues reported during this time will be fixed free of charge. Should you wish to extend the software support we have packages available, please discuss these directly with us.
