Franco has provided some of the best after sales/out of warranty support I've ever received, even when he didn't have to. He was very helpful in assisting us here at Spar Marine with a metal tag embossing machine and helped us determine it was a parameter settings issue, not a physical fault with the unit. That's great because that made the difference between us getting use out of it, or possibly disposing of it if it was beyond repair. We have technicians on the road all the time so now it will be possible for them to fabricate their tags if needed in a crunch, instead of having to wait to receive them. Again a big Kudos to Franco and his determination with troubleshooting.

We’ve been very pleased with how the machine runs for us since it was installed many years ago. The service we have received from the Identisys team has been great, including callouts and servicing. We have always had a reasonable callout time, even to where we are in Leeds.

The machine does exactly what is asked of it and rarely breaks down or requires a call out. It is used extensively within the Assembly department daily by experienced operators of this type of machine, they are very happy with it. In addition they have been very happy with the service provided by Identisys.
