Identisys is a leading identification support company.
When you confirm a support contract with Identisys, your company will be provided with a username and password for our support system. Once you have been provided with those details you will be able to log in and create a support ticket. Upon a ticket being raised, one of our engineers will contact you as soon as is possible, they will identify the problem and arrange the necessary services to get you up and running again.During the pandemic our engineers are continuing to work as safely as possible to continue to support our customers. Where possible they will try to fix any issues remotely, however if this is not possible they will visit in person with their own PPE.

Support contracts are active for twelve months from receipt of official purchase order. Above response times are for England only, Wales, Scotland & Ireland POA. Response times are based on working hours and timed from receipt of call & indicates maximum amount of time for on-site arrival of service engineer. Standard working hours 09:00 - 17:00 GMT excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Identisys cannot be held liable for unforeseen circumstances that prevent arrival within agreed time frame.
